Smiley sia.. Dad ask me pick between 2 fishing trips -D or UHis reason? I have been fishing too much already.. so he ask me take a break stay at home for Saturday because its the day he never work also... Of course i chose D because its been the one trip i have been looking forward to go to.. Anyway, yesterday SH Alan Necro Ibr and I went for an overnight eging session.. Met at Beach Rd for dinner, Not long TT and AG also joined us...   some random shots la.. lol Then we left for our operations... Drop near some place for purchase of drinks..     so well stocked on drinks.. The night started with SH spotting 2 sizeable squids. Those who had squid jigs already clipped on casted over.. Necro was the first to draw 1st blood ! The 2nd 1 took Alan's jig but managed to get away.. Things bcame slow then Ibr kenna 1 squid too..Resigned to the fate that we can't seem to land any squids, SH and I chaned and starting luring... =x Suddenly there was action on the water surface, lots of bait fish splashing around as if chased by a predator..SH casted his Gyodo over..twitched.. BAM.. Lines out with that familar tune.. " ZZZZZZZZZZZZ " Wah big ! However, SH was using his longer and softer XC walker that can't seem to keep the big fish in control.. It still took line and we shouted for a gaff.. What happened next was totally unexpected. There was an ucle also fishing at the other end and he claimed that SH's line caught his ... After pumping up, it was indeed the uncle's line ! BUT even before the uncle reel in his line, SH's line was already peeling out and i'm very sure it was a fish... After all that drama.. we concluded that the fish dashed into the weeds and managed to unhook itself and SH's lure got caught on the uncle's line... Sigh, record breaking species in SH's books. Moved on and soon enough Necro and Ibr hit the squids again.. After a while i had one too! My 2nd ever squid :x Ibr had to leave for work... and we continued our game...refusing to give up.  Slow night, lil action... Daybreak came and we decided to hunt for queenies.. Unfortunately nothing took interest in our lures so we left home to rest..
